BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONSAt Kilicare Travel, we have established booking conditions for Kilimanjaro climbing and safaris to ensure efficient service for our valued clients. BOOKING AGREEMENTClient InformationWhen making a booking with Kilicare Travel, it is imperative that clients provide accurate and complete information, including the full names of all participants and their nationalities, for both tour and safari reservations.Booking ChangesShould any changes to your booking information arise, we kindly request clients to notify us promptly via email. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, taking into consideration any applicable cancellation rules. DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTDeposit RequirementTo initiate the planning and reservation process, a deposit is required. The standard deposit is as follows:<ul><li>30% of the total booking value for camping safaris, day trips, and Kilimanjaro climbs.</li><li>45% of the total booking value for reservations that include accommodations in hotels and lodges, including glamping safaris.</li></ul>ConfirmationYour booking with Kilicare Travel will be confirmed only upon receipt of your deposit. We will promptly issue a confirmation notice along with a receipt.Final Payment:<ul><li>The final balance can be settled in cash upon your arrival in Moshi.</li><li>Alternatively, it must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled start of the tour.</li><li>In the event that a reservation is made less than 14 days before the tour's commencement, full payment is required at the time of booking.</li></ul> CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation FeesIn the unfortunate event of a booking cancellation or a failure to join a tour, Kilicare Travel enforces the following cancellation fees:<ul><li>10% cancellation fee if canceled more than 90 days before the tour starts.</li><li>30% cancellation fee if canceled 60-89 days before the tour starts.</li><li>50% cancellation fee if canceled 30-59 days before the tour starts.</li><li>80% cancellation fee if canceled 15-29 days before the tour starts.</li><li>No refund if canceled 0-14 days before the tour starts.</li></ul> FORCE MAJEUREUnforeseen EventsKilicare Travel cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellations of trips due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, war, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, Kilicare Travel will work to reschedule the trip or provide a suitable alternative, and any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the client. NOTE: By booking a tour with Kilicare Travel, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. It is essential to carefully read and understand these terms before making a booking.
